About Daniel E. Wilsea

Daniel is a human performance professional specializing in exercise science, mental health, and cognitive performance. He provides mental health support, mental performance coaching, and strength and conditioning services to various clients, including individuals, coaches, and teams.

Daniel is a full-time staff therapist and mental performance consultant at The Family Institute at Northwestern University.

Recognized as an industry expert, Daniel is a Certified Personal Trainer, Inclusive Fitness Specialist, Youth Sports and Fitness Specialist, and Physical Activity and Public Health Specialist, all endorsed by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). He also holds the Exercise is Medicine credential from ACSM, which designates him as a provider selected by physicians. Additionally, he is certified as an Exos Fitness Specialist.

As a Licensed Mental Health Provider and Certified Mental Performance Consultant, Daniel provides clinical and performance psychology services to athletes and performers of all skill levels.
